DO YOU BOOK OUTDOOR PARTIES?
Yes. We do require some type of protection from the weather for our equipment for example tents, canopies, or something similar. We require flat grass/concrete to place our equipment.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
No deposit but an initial payment of 40% of the grand total to secure the booking .
CAN I BUY MY OWN BALLOONS AND RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
No. Balloons are included in our service prices.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR SET UP TAKE?
We require a minimum of 6 hours prior to your event to start setting up. Please let us know upon contacting if you have a venue event as they usually have their own unique hours for events.
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED IN ADVANCE TO BOOK?
We require a minimum of 3 weeks in advance to book.
DO YOU BOOK VENUE PARTIES?
Yes. Each venue has different requirements so let us know upon contacting what your venue allows.
